Overview
Despite being marketed as a "bonus three track E.P.", this disc was actually catalogued by EMI (Australia) as a single, hence its inclusion in the singles discography. In any event, the disc was exclusive to The Number Ones LP, accompanying the title until 1990.
The disc was first housed in a paper picture sleeve. The artwork is the same as that used on the international Beatles LP, 20 Greatest Hits.
Two known variations of the picture sleeve exist: one with a central hole and one without (see image above). By the time of the 'EMI MUSIC GROUP - AUSTRALASIA' pressings, the sleeve had been replaced by a generic EMI paper sleeve - click sleeve image above to see example. To date green, yellow and red generic sleeves have been verified with this disc.
