Overview
With no new UK single on the horizon, EMI (Australia) drew inspiration from the US, who weren't quite as constrained insofar as issuing Beatles product. Capitol had issued this coupling the previous month, and EMI (Australia) no doubt had hopes that it would be as successful here as it was there. Alas, it did not reach #1.

Deleted in December 1968, the single would not be reissued until 1982, where on 15 June it was recut from PARLO 85 (the stereo Help! side 2 production master tape) at Studios 301 by Otto Ruiter for inclusion in The Australian 20th Anniversary Singles Collection. It subsequently went out of print again before returning on 7 December 1987.
